When receiving CPR certification, online training is the most convenient way to go. We offer ASHI and Red Cross – licensed CPR instructors. Your certification is valid for two years, accepted nationwide and overseas.

CPR

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a procedure to support and maintain breathing and circulation for an infant, child, or adolescent who has stopped breathing (respiratory arrest) and/or whose heart has stopped (cardiac arrest).

FIRST AID

First aid is the assistance given to any person suffering a sudden illness or injury, with care provided to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, and/or promote recovery. It includes initial intervention in a serious condition.
