HISTORY OF INTERNATIONAL PAIN FOUNDATION

The idea for our foundation was first conceived on November 23, 2006 with the mandate of providing educational, emotional and physical support that assists chronic pain patients and public awareness. Our 501-C-3 was awarded by the IRS in March, 2007. In February 2015 we were updated to an Arizona corporation and were assigned a new 501-C-3 tax id of 47-3080556 with an upgrade in the name to Power of Pain Foundation Inc, dba International Pain Foundation (iPain). We have been moving forward over the past 10 years and now work internationally on projects and collaborations to improve pain care globally. More on our programs at www.internationalpain.org.
